Welcome to the Gan.AI Affiliate Program! We are thrilled to have you as a partner in promoting our cutting-edge AI-driven video generation platform. To ensure clarity and success, please thoroughly review the detailed policy guidelines outlined below before submitting your affiliate application.

Commission Structure

• Affiliates will earn a flat 20% recurring commission on every successful referral made through their unique affiliate link. This commission rate is designed to reward affiliates consistently for their efforts and ongoing contribution to Gan.AI's growth.
• The recurring commissions apply for the first 12 months of the referred user's active subscription. During this period, affiliates will continuously earn commissions each month as long as the referred user maintains their active subscription.
• Gan.AI places no cap or limit on the total amount of commissions an affiliate can earn, providing unlimited earning potential and rewarding affiliates for their ongoing promotional efforts and customer retention.
• Affiliates will benefit from the flexibility to earn passively, as recurring commissions mean income will continue without additional effort, as long as the referred users remain subscribed.
• Regular performance insights and reports will be available via the affiliate dashboard, enabling affiliates to track and optimize their promotional strategies and improve earning potential effectively.

Affiliate Tracking

• Gan.AI employs a comprehensive last-click attribution model for tracking and accurately crediting affiliate referrals. Under this model, credit for a referral is assigned to the affiliate whose unique link was the last one clicked before the referred user completed their sign-up.
• Tracking cookies utilized by Gan.AI will remain active for 30 days following the initial click on the affiliate's referral link. This generous timeframe ensures that affiliates receive due credit even if the user takes some additional time before finalizing their subscription.
• Affiliates are granted exclusive access to a user-friendly and feature-rich personalized affiliate dashboard. This dashboard offers real-time analytics, detailed referral tracking, comprehensive performance metrics, and insightful reporting, allowing affiliates to monitor their progress, optimize their campaigns, and efficiently manage their promotional strategies for maximum impact.
• The advanced reporting tools available within the dashboard ensure transparency, helping affiliates understand precisely how their marketing efforts translate into conversions and earnings, thus enabling them to refine their tactics continually.

Affiliate Payouts

• Affiliates qualify for commissions only if their referred users remain actively subscribed for at least 30 days following initial signup via the affiliate's referral link. This qualification period ensures that affiliates promote long-term, committed subscribers.
• Accumulated eligible referrals within each month will be systematically calculated and reviewed on the 15th day of the subsequent month to verify that all requirements and conditions have been satisfied.
• The minimum payout threshold is set at $50. If accumulated earnings meet or exceed this threshold by the payout calculation date, the payout will be scheduled and processed accordingly. This threshold policy ensures operational efficiency and effective management of affiliate payments.
• All affiliate payments are processed via PayPal exclusively, ensuring secure and timely transactions. Payments will be executed promptly on the 15th of the month following eligibility verification, providing affiliates with reliable and predictable income timing.
• In cases where an affiliate's accumulated earnings are below the minimum payout threshold, the amount will be carried forward to the next monthly payout cycle, and payouts will be processed as soon as the accumulated earnings reach or surpass the threshold.
• Affiliates are strongly encouraged to regularly verify their PayPal details to prevent any delay or disruption in receiving payments.

Example: If Affiliate X refers a user who registers on January 10th and remains active until February 9th (meeting the required 30-day minimum), the referral qualifies for commission eligibility. On February 15th, Gan.AI calculates all eligible sales. If Affiliate X's accumulated eligible commission surpasses $50 by this date, the payout will then be scheduled and executed on March 15th.

Payment Method

• PayPal is currently the sole supported payment method for processing affiliate commissions. This choice ensures a secure, efficient, and globally accessible way to transfer funds to our affiliates swiftly and reliably.
• Affiliates are required to provide accurate and current PayPal account information within their affiliate dashboard to prevent any delay or interruption in the payout process. Regular updates to this information should be made if there are any changes to your PayPal account details.
• Gan.AI will only process payouts to the PayPal account details registered in the affiliate's profile. It is the affiliate’s responsibility to ensure the correctness of these details. Gan.AI will not be held liable for failed transactions due to incorrect or outdated PayPal information.
• Affiliates should be aware that transaction and currency conversion fees may be charged by PayPal depending on the affiliate’s location, currency preferences, and PayPal’s prevailing policies. Gan.AI is not responsible for these fees, and they will be deducted directly by PayPal from the payout amount.
• Affiliates are encouraged to familiarize themselves with PayPal's fee structures, currency conversion rates, and withdrawal processes relevant to their country or region to understand clearly any potential charges that may affect their earnings.

Affiliate Approval Process

Applications for the Gan.AI affiliate program are thoughtfully processed on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure fairness and transparency for all interested parties.

• Each affiliate application is subjected to a rigorous and comprehensive manual review process. This detailed review involves careful examination of the applicant's promotional methods, digital presence, and content quality to guarantee alignment with Gan.AI’s brand standards and values.
• Approval decisions rest solely with Gan.AI and are based on several critical factors. These include (but isn’t limited to) the relevance and effectiveness of the affiliate’s promotional strategies, the quality and appropriateness of website or platform content, the alignment and compatibility of the affiliate's audience demographics with Gan.AI’s target user base, and an overall evaluation of the applicant's marketing and promotional approach.
• Gan.AI reserves the right to request additional information or clarification during the review process to make informed and fair decisions.
• Applicants who meet Gan.AI's high standards and criteria will receive prompt notification of approval, accompanied by guidelines and resources to help them effectively promote Gan.AI.
• Applicants whose applications are declined will be informed promptly and provided with feedback, if applicable, on areas of potential improvement or reasons for the decision, allowing them an opportunity to reapply after addressing these points.

Promotional Conduct

• Affiliates are expected to maintain the highest standards of ethical, transparent, and responsible marketing practices at all times. This requirement ensures the protection of Gan.AI's reputation, fosters trust with users, and contributes to the long-term sustainability and integrity of the affiliate program.
• Any form of malpractice is strictly prohibited. Malpractice includes, but is not limited to:
  
  • Black hat tactics: These unethical methods may include, but are not limited to, keyword stuffing, hidden text, deceptive redirects, cloaking, and other manipulative SEO practices designed to unfairly influence search engine rankings.
  • Fraudulent activity: Any actions involving fraudulent transactions, falsified referrals, identity fraud, or similar deceptive practices are strictly forbidden.
  • Deceptive advertising: Affiliates must clearly and accurately represent Gan.AI’s products and services. Misleading claims, exaggerated statements, false guarantees, or any inaccuracies that could mislead potential customers about the capabilities, terms, or benefits of Gan.AI’s platform are not permitted.
  • Unsolicited spam: Sending unsolicited emails, messages, or other forms of communication without the recipient’s explicit consent is strictly prohibited. This includes unauthorized mass-mailing campaigns, bulk messaging, or any unsolicited promotions via email, social media, or other communication channels.
  • False representation or misleading communications: Affiliates must clearly identify themselves as independent affiliates and never imply direct representation, ownership, or exclusive relationships with Gan.AI. Communications should never confuse or mislead customers regarding the relationship between affiliates and Gan.AI.
• Gan.AI retains the absolute right to immediately terminate any affiliate partnership found to be in violation of these ethical guidelines or engaging in any form of malpractice. Affiliates will be promptly informed of such termination, and detailed reasons for the termination will be provided.
• Upon termination due to ethical violations or malpractice, all pending and future commissions will be permanently forfeited without exception. Additionally, Gan.AI reserves the right to pursue legal action to protect its interests and uphold the integrity of its affiliate program, should the severity of the malpractice warrant such action.
• Affiliates are strongly encouraged to consult Gan.AI’s affiliate support team if there is ever uncertainty regarding the appropriateness of their marketing methods or practices, ensuring compliance and maintaining a mutually beneficial relationship.

Amendments and Termination

• Gan.AI retains the full right and discretion to amend, modify, or update this affiliate policy at any given time to accommodate changes in business strategy, legal compliance, market conditions, or operational improvements. Such amendments are aimed at enhancing program effectiveness, clarity, and fairness for all affiliates.
• All active affiliates will be promptly informed of any policy updates or changes via email notifications sent to the registered email addresses associated with their affiliate accounts. Affiliates are advised to regularly check their email communications to stay informed about policy updates, modifications, and critical announcements.
• Any changes or updates to the affiliate policy will become effective immediately upon notification unless explicitly stated otherwise. Affiliates are encouraged to review and familiarize themselves with updated terms to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Affiliates have the right to terminate their participation in the Gan.AI Affiliate Program voluntarily at any time by submitting a written notification via email to Gan.AI's dedicated affiliate support team. Affiliates must clearly indicate their desire to withdraw and terminate their participation in the program.
• In cases of voluntary termination initiated by the affiliate, Gan.AI will honor all outstanding eligible commissions earned by the affiliate, provided they exceed the stipulated payout threshold. These accrued commissions will be paid out on the next scheduled payout date following the affiliate's formal withdrawal request.
• Affiliates are encouraged to carefully consider and evaluate their decision before submitting termination requests, as rejoining the program may require undergoing a fresh approval process subject to the standard conditions and review criteria in place at that time.
• Gan.AI remains committed to maintaining transparent communication and a supportive relationship with affiliates, ensuring clarity regarding policy changes and termination procedures at all times.
